Saxo Bank is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and was founded by joint CEOs Lars Christensen and Kim Fournais . Saxo Bank, a world leader in online multi-product trading, is pleased to announce SaxoTrader 2. As a follow-up to the original award-winning platform, SaxoTrader 2 offers the same access to our vast product range plus many new, exciting features and tools to help you trade more effectively.

New Chart System. The new advanced charting system allows fast data manipulation and offers more technical analyses and open order tracking.

New Chart System. Offering all the functionality and features of a professional charting subscription, the powerful new charting system, delivered as standard, offers unprecedented facilities for analyzing historic price data for an instrument.

Dragging and Zooming. The new charting system allows you to quickly move around the price data for an instrument:

- Drag the chart to see past data.

- Drag the axes to scale or compress the chart.

- Zoom in and out using the zoom tool.

Analyse Patterns and Trends. The new chart system contains a number of facilities to help you analyse patterns and trends including:

- Many lines and annotations.

- Many new studies, in addition to the existing favourites .

Trading Account integration. Show open orders directly from your trading accounts.

Compare multiple instruments. Display multiple instruments on the same axis for comparison. Drag and set the reference point to compare specific points in time.

Fully functional Price Board. Price monitoring and trading from a single list, allowing you to combine instruments from our entire product range.

New Price Board. Integrating all trading products into a single trade module, the new price board in SaxoTrader 2 allows you to monitor market prices for many instruments from a single price list, and trade directly on these live prices.

Fast, Direct Trading. Trade directly from the Price Board, directly on the price displayed.

Simply:

- click the Trade box,

- enter the amount,

- click Bid or Ask.

Fully Customisable . The new price board is fully customisable allowing you to add the information you need from prices, % and Net Changes to Futures Trade Volumes and Open Interests.

Flexible Workspaces. Your own fully- personalised trading environment, with charts, prices, analyses and modules where you need them.

Customisable Views. Views allow you quick, convenient access to any number of screen layouts via tabs along the top of the workspace. For example, you could set up:

- A trading view, dedicated to frequently-traded or favorite instruments, complete with trade modules, charts, analysis and news for those instruments.

- An account view, including your current positions and margin, acct. statement and more detailed account reports.

- An analysis view with market reports and updates from Saxo Bank and other top market analysts.

Documents and Panels. Within SaxoTrader 2, trading modules and tools can be displayed in different formats. The format you choose depends on the module.

- Documents — a format best-suited for larger tools that contain a lot of information or text. Documents fill the whole screen and form the basis of a view.

- Panels — a more flexible format that allows modules to be located around the documents, moved around the workspace and even placed outside the workspace if you work with multiple screens.

Dockable Panels. SaxoTrader 2's flexible workspace helps you make the best use of the available space. Space-saving features include:

- Panels (both single and tabbed groups) can float outside of the platform — perfect if you use multiple screens.

- Panels can be tabbed on top of one another.

- Panels can be docked together.

- Panels can be hidden when not in use.

Instrument Explorer. Quick access to thousands of instruments and a launching pad for trading, analysis and charting functions.

Searching and Filtering. The Instrument Explorer contains a number of facilities to help you quickly locate instruments:

- Type just a few letters of the instrument or company name.

- Deselect products to show only the products of interest.

- List instruments by industry sector.

Launch Pad. Instrument Explorer acts as a launch pad for trading, charting and analysis functions.

After selecting one or multiple instruments:

- Right-click to open a trade module, price module or chart with the instrument(s).

- Drag instrument(s) to an existing chart or trade module.

Save Favourites . Add commonly accessed instruments to your Favourites lists to recall them quickly.

Recently traded instruments can also be quickly recalled from the Favourites list.
